the licensing information of the software involved in the error, and the Internet Protocol
(IP) address of your computer.
The default setting for this function is the Collect Error Reports option, but you are
not obligated to participate and may choose not to do so.
If you wish to participate in the Error Reporting program:
?–? Select the radio button corresponding to the Collect Error Reports option.
?–? Mark the checkbox corresponding to the method you wish to use to submit
error reports. You can choose to periodically download files to identify
system problems or change the error policy of the computer to silently (in the
background) submit error reports.
If you choose not to participate in the Error Reporting program, select the radio button
corresponding to the Ignore Errors And Don??™t Collect Information option.
Event Throttling
The settings in the Event Throttling section of the Diagnostic Logging page control the
amount of data collected to the log files based on how critical the event being logged is
determined to be. This section contains three pull-down lists, one that contains over 100
separate event categories, including the All and General categories, and one each for the
least critical event level to record to the event log and the trace log.
