The first in a series
of dialog boxes appears, as shown in Figure 4.10. It requests a location to publish your application
to. Type in a URL or a path specifying the location on the Web or on your computer where you
want the Publishing Wizard to put your application. Be sure to add the name of your application to
the end of the URL or path.

In the next dialog box, shown in Figure 4.11, you choose whether you want the application to be
available online only or both online and offline. As we mentioned earlier in this chapter, online
mode runs the application in cache, and the application disappears when the connection is terminated.
Offline mode saves the application, places the application??™s name in the Start menu, and
adds an Add/Remove program for it.

The last dialog box appears. It??™s a summary page. Look it over, and click Finish.
Your application either gets published, or errors appear in the Error List, as shown in Figure 4.12.
Be sure that the server to which you publish your application has Front Page extensions installed.
