3. Click in the image, and, holding down the mouse button, drag the crop tool until you??™ve
drawn a rectangular outline around the part of the image you want to keep. If you are
cropping to an arbitrary aspect ratio, there will be no restrictions on the height or width
of the crop. If you are cropping to a specific print proportion, on the other hand, the
proportions of the crop box will be constrained by the print aspect ratio you selected.

4. To move the crop box around within the image, move the mouse inside the box, and then
click-and-drag the box around the image.
5. To change the size of the crop box, hold the pointer over any edge of the box, and then
click-and-drag to change the height or width of the box. Watch out for the corners, where
you have the opportunity to rotate the crop box, rather than resize it.
6. If you want to change the aspect ratio of the crop from portrait to landscape (or viceversa),
click the Swap button in the tool palette. You should see the crop box change.
7. When your crop box represents the picture as you want it composed, click the check
mark button in bottom right corner of the crop box. The image will be immediately
cropped down to your new composition, which you can save as a new file or save to
replace the older image.
