Internal.audience. Knowledge sharing internally concerns availability and extent
of knowledge within an organization. Often described as information literacy, this
internal focus identifies an individual??™s ability to recognize when information is
needed, then he/she can locate, evaluate, and effectively use the needed information
(Oman, 2001).
