Conclusion
Recent advances in Semantic Web-based technologies offer virtual and traditional
organizations the means to exchange knowledge in a meaningful way. It has been
recognized that integrative technologies that support the transparent exchange of
information and knowledge make it easier for the development of collaborative ebusiness
relationships through enhanced adaptability and standardization of content
representation. In this study, we present business models and architecture that demonstrate
the potential of technical advancements in the computer and engineering
sciences to be beneficial to businesses and consumers.
